Vote Absentee by Mail OR Vote Absentee In Person (IPAV)​​

Any qualified elector who is unable or unwilling to appear at the polling place on Election Day may vote by absentee ballot.​​

  1. Vote absentee in person at the Clerk's office by appointment until the Friday before an election.

  2. Vote absentee by mail; request in writing prior to the Thursday before an election.

To request an absentee ballot by mail,

   A. Click on the link: Vote Absentee by Mail

   B. Contact the Clerk and request an application for absentee voting or click here to download the application

   C. Put your request in writing to the clerk (send by mail or email); you must list the following: 

  1. your voting address within the Town of Aztalan

  2. the address where the absentee ballot should be sent, if different from the address above 

  3. your signature 

  4. proof of identification
